Of Employers and Employees
I was talking to the owner of Kyng’s Signature (a fashion ware business) and I could tell he was almost frustrated when it came to persuading his team members to bring in ideas and carry out tasks.

From our conversation, I deduced that, as a business owner, you must be able to discern two types of people who work for you; those who make decisions and those who take decisions.
In a company, there are those who just love thinking and bringing in ideas and there are those who prefer to carry out ideas but, there are also people who are good in both.

So, all things being equal, let each person’s strength be known and let them be put in the appropriate positions. This would help to avoid unnecessary confusion and complaints.
